Took my geriatric retriever to Ali last week, he normally hates going for a groom and gets quite anxious, right from the get go he was a very happy old boy, lovely quiet atmosphere, nice and bright and airy so he didn't feel enclosed at all. Ali was super patient with him, took her time and he came out looking fab, beautifully clean, soft and smelling gorgeous!. Think this was his best grooming experience ever!
